Northeast Bich Dong Urban Area Project is a new urban area planned in the Northeast of Bich Dong town, Viet Yen district, Bac Giang province. The project is invested by Tuan Quynh Construction and Commercial Services Joint Stock Company.

  • – The company was allocated land by the Provincial People’s Committee to implement the Northeast New Urban Area project, Bich Dong town, Viet Yen district with the second phase area of 18,500.7m2 in Decision No. 154/QD-UBND dated February 24 /2021. In which: land allocation with collection of land use fees for residential land is 7,056.0m2.
  • – Decision No. 1169/QD-UBND dated November 1, 2021 of the People’s Committee of Bac Giang province on changing land use purposes and allocating land to Tuan Quynh Construction and Commercial Services Joint Stock Company in Bich Dong town , Viet Yen district (phase 3).
  • – Decision No. 191/QD-UBND dated February 24, 2022 of the People’s Committee of Bac Giang province on adjusting the land use structure in 03 land allocation decisions; Change the land use purpose, allocate land to Tuan Quynh Construction and Commercial Services Joint Stock Company in Bich Dong town, Viet Yen district (phase 4).

  • Project implementation progress: Project operation period is 5 years from the time of project investment approval (from December 2018 to the end of December 2023); In which the construction investment period is no more than 03 years, the expected progress is as follows:
    + By the end of April 2022: Complete site clearance compensation and land allocation for the entire project.
    + By the end of June 2022: Complete construction and acceptance of the project; Prepare documents for project settlement verification.
    + End of December 2023: complete business and transfer of project products.

The Felix Land project is located in a strategic location in the Northeast of Bich Dong town, right at the intersection of 30m wide provincial road DT 298 and National Road 37, conveniently connecting to National Highway 37 and National Highway 1A. The Felix Land is only 5km from Nenh town, only about 10km from Bac Giang and Bac Ninh cities.

The new Dong Bac Bich Dong urban area project has been approved by the People’s Committee of Bac Giang province for investment with a scale of 15.35 hectares and in which, the subdivided land has a total of 545 plots of land corresponding to an area of 34,486 m2, including the following: adjacent land products, shophouses and villas. Northeast Bich Dong urban area was allocated land and construction started in the fourth quarter of 2020, expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2022. When put into operation, the project is expected to meet the residential and business needs of people in Bich Dong town and surrounding areas.
Updated until June 2022, with the determination and available capacity along with the timely coordination and support of the government and people of Bich Dong town, the investor has completed over 90% of the work volume. investment in projects such as: Economic infrastructure system; traffic road; Landscape and greenery works are being completed synchronously.

Updated to the second quarter of 2022 The investor has transferred about 80% of the number of land plots eligible for business according to regulations
Selling price: the project’s approved land price ranges from 5.9 million VND/m2 to 19.2 million VND/m2 depending on the location, area and advantages of the business land lot.
