JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for advances and payment of office administrative expenses: rent for housing, office, electricity, water, Internet at the project and other office items.
Recommend materials and equipment to the Project Management Board; Proposing advances and payment of costs for the Project's work; Return documents in advance.
Manage and periodically and irregularly inventory assets, tools and equipment... at the Project Management Board. At the end of the month, inventory and calculate the amount of inventory in the office: personal hygiene items, stationery, etc.
Carry out administrative and clerical work at the project.
Human resources work:
+ Monitor and arrange work schedules and leave schedules of Personnel in the Department
+ Timekeeping for the Project Management Board
+ Summarize and calculate salaries for employees.
Departure/arrival documents:
+ Receive and report to the Head of Project Management Board for direct implementation.
+ Draft documents, submit documents and documents for signature.
+ Transfer documents and records.
Announce meeting invitations, prepare documents for the meeting, record meeting minutes and send notice of meeting conclusion.
