Project Area No. 1 of Lac Phu New Residential Area in Yen Dung district has an area of 19.8 hectares, located on land belonging to 2 villages of Minh Phuong and Kem village of the commune. Nham Son, Yen Dung district, Bac Giang province
The project was approved for investment by the Chairman of the People’s Committee of Bac Giang province in Decision No. 1401/QD-UBND dated July 27, 2015; Project implementation period is from July 2015 to July 2017, total investment is 198 billion VND.
Especially, with a prime “golden” location on Road 398, which is the front of the Nam Bien mountain range; where the famous Truc Lam Phuong Hoang Zen Monastery is located; Lac Phu residential area inherits the potential to develop spiritual cultural services.

Cach Mang Thang 10 Road Project – Thai Nguyen
Joint venture with Tay Ha Commercial Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company
At the end of May 2019, the People’s Council of Thai Nguyen province issued a Resolution; on the Decision on investment policy for the Cach Mang Thang 10 road project; for the joint venture investor Tuan Quynh Construction and Commercial Services Joint Stock Company; and Tay Ha Commercial Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company.
In the form of PPP – BT contract, project to upgrade and expand Cach Mang Thang 10 road in Song Cong city (Phase II); Use about 6.1 hectares of land area (of which the upgraded land fund; expanding Cach Mang Thang 10 road is about 4.1 hectares). The entire route length is 1,600km, of which the starting point is at Km1 + 700 Cach Mang Thang 10 Street, Song Cong City. End point at Km3 + 700 Cach Mang Thang 10 road.
Project implementation period 2019-2023; Total investment capital is 201,818 billion VND and assigned to: Joint venture investor Tuan Quynh Construction and Commercial Services Joint Stock Company; and Tay Ha Commercial Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company; (the unit that prepares the Pre-Feasibility Study Report).
Northeast Bich Dong urban area project
Convenient location: Is the connection point of major roads: TL 298, National Highway 37, National Highway 295B. Less than 1km from the center of Bich Dong town on a 30m wide road.
