- Transport Connection of Yen Lu Industrial Cluster with District Center and Bac Giang Province: The project also serves to connect traffic between Yen Lu Industrial Cluster with the district center, helping to promote production activities business and economic development of the region.
- Expansion of Lac Phi Urban Area and Neo Town Urban Area: The project provides transportation infrastructure for the expansion of two important urban areas, Lac Phi and Neo town, creating favorable conditions for settlement and population growth.
